The key elements necessary to build the yacht, i.e. the laminate, the woodwork and the stainless hardware are all manufactured in our company. This enables us to keep full control of the quality and gives us tremendous flexibility to respond to the customers’ needs. In the production of the HABER yachts we use materials of the highest quality and equipment of proven producers known on the market for years. All the laminate construction is made in a traditional way – the resin and the gelcoat are hand-laid. Centerboard boxes are laminated with the hull covering yielding homogeneous continuous construction. These elements stay in heated rooms for 30 days to ensure proper curing. The construction of the hulls is designed in accordance with the regulations of classification associations. Every yacht’s engine, trim, stability and waterproofness are tested in a test basin. More custom yachts are also tested on the Baltic Sea.
